Sígueme starts with a guy meeting another guy by the bay. There is a little tension and awkwardness between them, but they soon come into an understanding. One thing leads to another, and they end up having sex. Numbers are shared, and they part. Things go well until the guy meets with his wife, who notices something different.
This is interesting, in that it shows the fluidity of sexual relationships, especially today. I honestly got a little surprised by the turn of events, but hey – it’s a sign of the times. By the way, this was said to have won an award at the Madrid International Gay and Lesbian Film Fest.
(This is available with English subtitles on YouTube and Vimeo. Here’s another film about some people caught in a different kind of relationship. And here’s a film about a girl saying odd lines for an audition.)
