Yo Soy Un Hombre Loco (I Am A Crazy Man)

Yo Soy Un Hombre Loco
Yo Soy Un Hombre Loco (I Am A Crazy Man, in English) is an action-packed short film of a man wanting to be number one. It starts off with a guy in coattails heading into a house, and martial arts-filled combat then fills each minute. There is also a man who is training hard to fight, and over and over he says, “Yo soy un hombre loco.”

I particularly like this film, since it was very well-done. It has very little dialogue, but each word has such a powerful impact. The fight scenes are also great and furious, and there is some blood spilled here and there. There is a loose plot, but we are directed by little gestures and a great soundtrack. Overall, this is an action movie that delivered a fine film in just 10 minutes. Bravo.

(This is available on both YouTube and Vimeo with English subtitles. Here’s a short film featuring a disabled hero in action. And here’s a short film about a man who just keeps running and running.)

I'm the webmaster and author at Freespanishshortfilms.com. I started this website as a complement to my studies in the Spanish language, but honestly, it just gave me an excuse to watch lots of great short films (like the ones in my author's picks section). I also blog and write short stories.
