Pecera (Fishbowl, in English) is about a boss dealing with a number of “unfair dismissals” in her company. It also features the story of a woman who may or may not be unfairly dismissed herself. They don’t seem to be related, really, but they somehow are. Will someone be fired again, then? Perhaps.
This one is a curious short film. It also has quite an interesting way to tell a rather open-ended and thoughtful situation. There seems to be a question of ethics here, especially on the ways to keep a company afloat. I don’t know what the right answer is for that, but I wouldn’t really know what to think if I were in the shoes of a boss with that kind of trouble.
(English subtitles are available for this one. Here’s an animated short film about a wolf who should probably resign ASAP. Or perhaps you are tired of the office and would rather experience an idyllic situation?)
